Encompass Administrator - Mortgage- In Office

Description:  The Loan Origination System Administrator oversees updates, maintenance, interface, programming and training of the Bank’s Loan Origination System (Encompass).  This function supports the application, processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing job functions of the mortgage and consumer lending areas of the Bank.   
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years related experience or equivalent work experience (experience as a processor, underwriter, or other lending operations);
  • 5+ years experience as a proficient Ellie Mae Encompass user/administrator;
  • Certified Encompass administrator preferred;
  • Robust understanding of loan processes from point of sale through servicing and secondary;
  • Advanced MS Excel functions like formulas, pivot tables, and macros;
  • Intermediate MS Word functions like mail merge;
  • Basic VB.Net syntax;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must;
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail as well as the ability to focus on the overall objective of a given task/project;
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
  • Providing support for major projects;
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all staff and management personnel.
